Return & Refund Policy

·  If you are not satisfied with your product, got the wrong shade or quantity.
·  If you decide to return a product, it must be accompanied with all original components (packaging).
·  If you lost your receipt, no worries! We can find it using your loyalty card membership number.
·  Any items purchased directly from us but from other retailers, dealers and re sellers are not eligible of return, refund or exchange
·  We reserve to limit product returns if misuse and excessive returns is suspected.
How to return or exchange?

· Items purchased online can be returned within 30 days of date of purchase by bringing it to any of our stores with its original email order confirmation, packaging slip and original material (packaging).
· If you can’t find the email with the order confirmation you can simply login and print a copy from your account.
· Kindly note that items shipment charges on the original order will not be refunded.
· Shipment charges are only refunded in case package was delivered incorrectly or received defective merchandise.
· You will receive your refund in the form of the payment done or made in the form of an in-store credit.

Bring the product(s) purchased you would like to return to any of our stores. Product(s) returned with 30 days from the date of purchase with original receipt or verified through our system using your membership account will be refunded based on the form of payment done, otherwise the refund can also be made as the form of in-store credit.
